Just For Kix Wahpeton/Breckenridge Dance:

Here at Just for Kix we feel that it’s important for young dancers to interact and learn as a team. Team based dance provides new and existing dancers with an opportunity to have fun while learning and growing as a group. We offer precision dance team instruction in over 150 Midwest communities and hope to continue to grow. By enrolling your child in Wahpeton/Breckenridge’s Just for Kix dance classes you will be exposing them to quality dance instruction in a nurturing and culturally rich environment. There they will study and participate in various styles of dance including jazz and ballet.  Our group lessons provide young dancers with the ability to learn and perfect new techniques while they create everlasting friendships with likeminded peers. Individuals who take part in team dance activities will develop remarkable socialization skills; achieve a heightened sense of self esteem, and learn key components in maintaining a healthy and physically fit lifestyle. These life lessons, among others, will benefit your child well into adulthood.

Welcome to the Wahpeton/Breckenridge Just For Kix Program! Thank you for visiting this website! 

I am getting very excited about our year ahead and hope you are too.  If you missed our fall registration, there is still time to register!  Simply call me at 642-4108 or email me at wahpeton_nd@justforkix.com to add your dancer’s name to our list.  Check out our class schedule on the “Class Info” page on this website.  Class begin Monday, September 8th and Tuesday, September 9th.

ABOUT YOUR DIRECTOR:

Melissa Pausch begins her first year as the Wahpeton/Breckenridge Just For Kix Director.  Previously she was the Director for the Fergus Falls Just For Kix program.  She studied for nine years at the Ann Arndorfer School of Dance in Montevideo, MN taking ballet, tap, and jazz.  She was  a 4-year member and captain of her high school dance team.  Also in high school she participated in cheerleading and flagline.  Following high school she maintained her interest in dance by coaching high school dance teams in Minnesota.  Most recently she was a Minnesota State High School League official for dance teams, judging competitions across the state of Minnesota.  She was the Assistant and a Head Instructor for the Wahpeton/Breckenridge Just For Kix program for three years before deciding to be the Director for Fergus Falls Just For Kix.  She is thrilled to be working again with the dancers and parents here in this community!
