Married, husband Steve, 3 children, Joel, Jerad, and Alexandra.

Coach of the Brainerd High School, Warrior Dance Team, “The Kixters” since 1976-77 season. They have won 8 state championships. Top 5 in the state for 25 years straight. National High Kick Championship in 1987 in Orlando, Florida.

Most memorable experience was representing the United States with the US Military Band from Washington D.C. for the opening of the Tokyo Dome in Japan.

Cofounder and past president of the Minnesota Association of Dance Teams in 1981. She served on the Board of Directors for 12 years.

Member of the steering committee which was successful in getting Dance Team to be a part of the Minnesota State High School League. Passed in 1995.

Choreographed 20 major Collegiate Bowl Game Half-Time Shows.
(Including Holiday Bowl/San Diego, Freedom Bowls/Anaheim, Orange Bowls/Miami, Citrus Bowls/Orlando, and numerous Outback Bowls in Tampa.)

Served on Minnesota State High School League Advisory Board and Dance Spirit Magazine Advisory Board.

Author of a dance and drill-coaching manual. Keynote speaker at numerous state and national conventions.

JUST FOR KIX is the business Steve and Cindy Clough have built. It started with a children’s program in Brainerd and has branched to 150 other communities approaching 20,000 dancers participating annually. (Includes programs in ND, SD, IA, WI, NE, IL, and MN.)

Other divisions of Just For Kix are……..
SUMMER CAMPS: JFK put on 12-4 day high school camps, 6 children’s camps and 28 private camps last summer with 5000 dancers participating this past summer. There are 50 summer camp staff.

MAIL ORDER CATALOG DIVISION: Started in 1989. Currently 900,000 catalogs are mailed per year.

JFK Manufacturing is division, which produces costumes for dancers in the Just For Kix youth programs.

Just For Kix employs 500 people annually, some full time, part-time and seasonal.
